Refund policy

Morgan Park Garden Centre is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that any products sold are in good condition and any listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

If a product is not in stock or if we deem a product is not in a saleable condition when we process an order a refund will be issued for that product.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you have any concerns with the condition of your order or any items on arrival.

Once an order leaves our premises we can no longer be held responsible for them and the handling of your order but in the event of damage to products due to transport we will endeavor to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or flowers, or seedlings), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
If approved on either return of your item or by consent, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
